W Bro George Brown joined Crumlin Royal Blue Masonic Lodge 140 on 28th March 1960, he was Passed 23rd May 1960 and Raised 15th August 1960.
He became Worshipful Master of Crumlin Royal Blue Masonic Lodge 140 in 1975.
He was involved in degree work in Lodge No 140, No 736 and other Lodges.
He affiliated to Rashee Temperance Lodge No 736 Ballyclare where he became Worshipful Master in the year 2000. George was also Secretary from 1979 to 1981 in Lodge 736.
George is the present Rep to the Committee of Inspection for Lodge 736, and a Past Rep to the Board of General Purposes.
George became a Provincial Grand Inspector serving from 1991 to 2000.
George epitomises everything a Mason should be and has assisted in conferring degrees in Crumlin Royal Blue Masonic Lodge 140 on the last candidates to be admitted at over 80 years of age.
