Just home from a busy Provincial Grand Lodge meeting held in the Leighinmohr House Hotel, Leighinmohr Avenue, Ballymena. Provincial Grand Lodge opened promptly at 7.30PM with our Provincial Grand Master Right Worshipful Bro John S. McLernon in the chair. His first act was to speak on the recent death of Wor Bro Sam Carson past Provincial Grand Lodge Steward, and past Chairman of the Ballymena Committee of Inspection. John spoke warmly of his memories of Wor Bro Carson and called a salute to his memory.
There was a good attendance of Brethren present in the Hall, and the main business of the evening was to invest some six number new Provincial Grand Lodge Inspectors. As usual, we had a good selection of Brethren queuing up to get their pictures taken, as you will see below :-
